Buzz Off

February 14, 2010 | bitterness,random randomness

I turned off my Google Buzz and Google Chat. I’m also going to close my Twitter account, as I haven’t tweeted in a while.

Too much technology…I’m actually thinking of restarting my blog as an anonymous one…but then I’d feel bad for those of you who come and stay only for the pictures of my wee ones. And if I had to go through my life without updates on my fave internet babies, I’d cry. So I’m not sure I can do it.

Other than that, have I told you that I don’t like the Olympics overall? Like except in the 70s when they showed more actual sports coverage on one fuzzy channel. Do you like my half-assed sentencry? Good. WOOPS ranted too soon.

Why hello there, Dale Begg-Smith.

I’m crabby. I think I’m getting hormonal. And not because I’m pregnant. Bite your tongue. Hard. Yay Olympics!!

  1. I just have facebook and even that is losing it’s interest sometimes. Don’t care about the olympics, either, but I love your sense of humor, so if you do go anon, slip me the addy so I can still tune in!

  2. Anonymous is sometimes the best way to go. You could still blog about the wee ones, with new names of course, and just not post pictures of them.

Online tech stuff is just overwhelming to me. I don’t have a facebook or myspace and I’ve never visited twitter because it all seems like much work and hassle for a bit of novelty followed by headaches. Sure, I’d like to expand my social circle in real life but I don’t think those online sites help much.

Whatever you do choose please invite me to the new place, I won’t tell a soul who you are :)

  3. I agree with losing the google chat/buzz and twitter. Too much going on. I would miss this blog though! And I don’t get the whole anonymous blog thing….isn’t the point that we know who we are reading about? Are there a lot of anonymous blogs? I only follow a few blogs, so I must be missing something :)

  4. I am so flattered that you linked to me as a fave internet babe. You made my heart go pitter patter!

    Too much technology, indeed!

If you go anonymous, will you tell us all of your deep dark secrets?

  5. I will miss you if you go anon and don’t give me your Superhero name.

  6. Can you teach me how to turn Buzz off????

  7. Don’t you love how on the internet we always have to say “I’M NOT PREGNANT” any time you mention being sick or being tired or being hungry…or just being anything, really?!

(I thought a lot about you this weekend with a heart full of love for you…maybe I’ll tell you why I was thinking about you.)

    (Or maybe I won’t!)

    ;-)

  8. okay, so you’re one of 3 blogs I check daily…don’t leave me…or just tell me where to find you!

Let’s just chalk it up to too much Olympics and keep on keepin’ on.

  9. Yeh I noticed that U weren’t on Buzz. I can’t think of what to post on that. lame.
Blogging anon is hard work! I tried but it’s just too hard. Since your kids names and places are already anon – i don’t see why u should go completely anon. seriously, don’t listen to me…i’m in one of those moods.
